  1、材料:菜籽油1湯匙,芝麻油11/2茶匙,新鮮青豆角450克,洗淨,摘去兩端,醬油1湯匙,烤芝麻1湯匙。

  2、取一個大炒鍋放中火上預熱。當鍋熱後,倒入菜籽油和芝麻油,然後将青豆角放入鍋裡,用鏟子翻炒,讓所有的豆角均勻塗上油。

  3、繼續炒直到豆角呈亮綠色并開始略有點轉黃色,約10分鐘。

  4、将鍋從火上移開,加醬油,炒勻。蓋上鍋,讓豆角留在鍋裡5分鐘;然後鏟到大盤裡,并撒上烤芝麻即好。
