  1、食材:大米飯一碗、雞蛋兩個、油、鹽、蔥花、花椒面等。

  2、先将雞蛋兩個打好攪均,雞蛋一定要攪拌均勻,在攪拌的過程中千萬不要放水。炒蛋的時候要把蛋炒碎,絮狀為佳。

  3、雞蛋放入油鍋裡炒熟,然後放入大米飯混合炒。

  4、米飯熱透後放入鹽少許,蔥花半把,花椒面少許,然後就可以出鍋了。
