  1、食材:20ML米酒、10克的鹽、白糖、醬油、姜、蔥,20克的檸檬,20ML的油、米酒,500ML的水。

  2、做法:鴨洗淨切塊,姜切絲,蔥切塊,空鍋燒熱,放入鴨塊翻炒,全部出現油脂後,将鴨肉倒入一個盤裡待煮。鍋内放油,放入姜、蔥爆香,倒入鴨肉翻炒,再放入适量米酒、鹽、醬油、檸檬、白糖翻炒均勻,倒入水煮20分鐘即可。
