  1、原料:油菜心250克,料酒10克,牛奶50克,蔥姜汁5克,豬油15克,水澱粉适量,食鹽适量雞湯适量。

  2、油菜心去根洗淨,入鍋加入雞湯,上火炖熟,撈出控淨湯汁,整齊地放在盤中。

  3、炒鍋上火,倒入豬油,适量雞湯,蔥姜汁,食鹽,料酒燒沸,下水澱粉,牛奶炒勻至芡熟,澆在油菜上即成。
