  1、原料:草魚一條1斤重,銀耳6朵,紅棗8粒,蔥,姜适量。

  2、草魚洗淨,切成數段,姜切絲,放入料酒、鹽;

  3、銀耳事前浸水軟切條,紅棗去核,鋪在魚身上;

  4、水開後入鍋蒸,蒸5-8分鐘即可;

  5、蒸好草魚後,将切碎的蔥花,以及适量魚露淋在魚身即可。
