  1、材料:面粉300克、韭菜200克、肉末200克、食鹽少量、姜适量、蔥适量。

  2、肉餡準備中,剁好的肉泥+姜末+蔥花,再加入切好的土韭菜,繼續攪拌,多攪拌一會。中筋面粉醒面中(半小時),面粉中就放了點鹽。

  3、把面團分成一個個小劑子,把肉餡放入,收好餡口。平底鍋小火煎起來,煎餡兒餅不要着急,小火慢慢來,兩面都要煎到位即可。
