青菜豆腐湯怎麼做

  1、材料:嫩豆腐,青菜,蝦皮,姜,蒜各适量。

  2、姜一小塊切片,蒜一瓣切片,蝦皮洗淨瀝幹水分,青菜切段,嫩豆腐切方塊;

  3、砂鍋置火上,倒适量油,燒熱後放姜片蒜片爆香,再放蝦皮炒出香味;

  4、放入嫩豆腐,同時加入高湯沉沒食材,大火煮沸後轉小火慢炖五分鐘;

  5、加入青菜段,大火一分鐘後加鹽、雞精調味,關火,完成。
