蛤蜊炖豆腐如何做

　　1、豆腐500克、蔥1段、香菜1茶匙、油1湯匙、醬油1茶匙、蛤蜊湯200毫升。

　　2、做法：蔥，香菜切碎。

　　3、鍋裡油熱加入蔥花炒香。

　　4、加入豆腐翻炒。

　　5、加入一點味極鮮醬油翻炒。

　　6、倒入蛤蜊湯，中小火炖煮。

　　7、炖煮湯汁濃稠時出鍋撒上香菜碎。
