  1.将食鹽化水煮沸,冷卻後,将豆腐浸入,可存放數日。

  2.用50%的食用熱堿水将豆腐泡15~30分鐘,再用清水漂洗幹淨,可存放1周不變酸。

  3.豆腐如果變酸,可用50%的食用熱堿水将豆腐泡20~30分鐘,再用清水漂洗幹淨,酸味可立即除掉。
