  1、用50克奶粉兌150克溫水配成牛奶

  2、然後将牛奶,淡奶油,細砂糖放在小鍋裡,用小火加熱。邊加熱邊攪拌,至砂糖溶化時離火,(可以将小鍋座入水中降溫)放至冷卻後,加入蛋黃,攪拌均勻。

  3、把玉米澱粉和吉士粉篩入,拌勻。然後将制成的撻水過濾,用小勺加入撻皮中(8分滿即可)。放入已預熱220度的烤箱下層,220度烤約25分鐘後放中層5分鐘左右,顔色更誘人!
