  1、北豆腐500克、食鹽50克、花椒十幾粒。

  2、煮鍋置火上放清水,依次加入食鹽、花椒粒。水沸後改小火煮十分鐘,煮出花椒香味關火。北豆腐切成大片,放入容器中,倒入煮好的鹽水。加蓋焖嚴,放入冰箱冷藏一天入味,吃時取出,切成丁或條,放入盤中,調入香油即可。鹽水豆腐鹹麻香綿,口感清爽細膩,是很适合夏天的佐餐小菜。
