  1、肉絲切好後,用生抽少許,蚝油少許,腌制10分鐘。

  2、鍋裡放少許的油,切忌油不能多,不然湯入口很油膩。

  3、爆炒生姜,蒜子,倒入水,放鹽,蚝油,水沸騰後放入肉絲,放少許白胡椒粉,沸騰起鍋。

  4、青菜直接放入湯碗,把沸騰的湯倒入青菜上,灑上蔥花,完美。
