  1、材料:豬蹄4隻,醬油100克,醬豆腐2塊,精鹽10克,料酒50克,白糖10克,蔥、姜、花椒、大料皆2克。

  2、先把豬蹄去雜,洗淨備用。

  3、用水煮2次,撇去浮沫。鍋中放清水,放豬蹄及配料一齊炖爛。美味又簡單的炖豬肘就完成了。
