  1、主料:發菜适量、内酯豆腐1塊。

  2、輔料:鹽少許、雞精少許、芝麻油幾滴、水澱粉1湯匙、枸杞少許、蔥末少許。

  3、煮鍋加水,放發菜、放豆腐絲、鹽、雞精。

  4、煮沸後,淋入水澱粉勾芡。

  5、煮至湯汁粘稠。

  6、放蔥末、枸杞,幾滴芝麻油即可關火。
