  1、将當歸、生姜洗淨,切片。

  2、羊肉剔去筋膜,置沸水鍋内稍燙,撈出晾涼。

  3、橫切成長短适度的條塊。

  4、然後将羊肉條塊及生姜、當歸放入洗淨的沙鍋内。

  5、加入清水适量。

  6、用武火煮沸,除去浮沫。

  7、改用文火炖至羊肉熟爛,飲湯并食羊肉。
