  1、花生米200克、化豬油30克、細砂糖150克。

  2、将花生放入幹淨的鍋中用小火炒香,或者放入烤箱用150度烤20分鐘左右至花生酥脆,将花生晾涼後去皮待用。

  3、将炒香去皮的花生和砂糖一起放入攪拌機攪拌幹粉的容器中打成細末。

  4、将打好的花生末和熔化的豬油一起拌勻。

  5、将拌勻的餡料放入保鮮盒中按平,冷藏成型即可。
