  1、橄榄油30毫升,蒜頭3瓣,切碎,雞胸肉4塊,去皮,去骨,切方塊,切碎的番茄400克,新鮮羅勒1小把,切碎,新鮮青豆角450克,洗淨,摘去兩端,蒸熟

  2、取一大平底鍋,置于中火上,下橄榄油燒熱。加入大蒜煎至有蒜香味,然後加入雞肉煎透,煎至肉不再是粉紅色。

  3、放入番茄和羅勒,翻炒,待燒開後将火調小,再煮3到5分鐘。最後,放入蒸青豆角炒一下即可。
