  1、用刷子把小龍蝦的腹部刷幹淨,剪去蝦頭,在蝦尾的中間抽出蝦線備用。

  2、将蔥切小段,姜切末,蒜切片,香菜切段。鍋中放油,放入蔥姜蒜爆香,放入一塊火鍋底料,炒出紅油。

  3、放入五香粉、孜然粉、小茴香、甜面醬、生抽、耗油,翻炒均勻,放入小龍蝦翻炒。

  4、加入啤酒,加入些許水,蓋蓋子炖10分鐘,開蓋加入鹽、雞精、香菜。翻炒均勻,出鍋。
