  1、半熟豬肚切條,芹菜切段,幹辣椒剪段,小米椒切段,大蔥切段,姜切片,蒜切片。

  2、油溫燒至7成熱,放豬肚炒至水分收幹,盛出。

  3、留底油,放豆瓣醬、姜蒜片、幹辣椒、花椒炒出紅油,放芹菜炒至斷生,放豬肚、小米椒、大蔥翻炒。

  4、加生抽、料酒、鹽、雞精、胡椒粉、白糖炒半分鐘,盛出。
