  1、原料: 白蘿蔔250克、胡蘿蔔50克、香菜末3克、面粉25克、黃油25克、豬油15克、雞清湯1000克、牛奶200克、鹽10克、芥末少許、胡椒粉少許、檸檬汁少許、味精少許。

  2、将黃油入鍋燒至二成熟,調入面粉炒成淡黃色,加入牛奶,攪拌成牛奶面漿;胡蘿蔔洗淨切小丁,拌上鹽稍腌一下。

  3、白蘿蔔洗淨切成小方塊,拌上鹽、胡椒粉和面粉略腌片刻,用豬油煸炒,加雞湯以文火煮約20分鐘。

  4、放入胡蘿蔔丁稍微煮一下後,再放入牛奶面漿、胡椒粉、芥末、香菜末、檸檬汁、味精調勻即可。
