  1、材料:紫菜20克,豌豆100克、紅糖。

  2、将豌豆洗淨,曬幹或烘幹,磨成細粉,備用。

  3、将紫菜用清水漂洗幹淨,備用。

  4、砂鍋中加适量清水,中火煮沸後加豌豆粉,煨煮10分鐘,再加入紫菜及适量濕澱粉,邊煨邊攪,加紅糖少許,拌和均勻即成。
