  1、準備材料:白蘿蔔2個、紅蘿蔔2個、白糖、白醋、清水的比例2:1:1、辣椒适量(可加可不加);

  2、白、紅蘿蔔去皮,切成小粒正方形,加入少許鹽拌勻靜置20分鐘,為了使蘿蔔出水,到時候口感更爽脆,同時也為了出去生蘿蔔的辛辣味;

  3、白醋、白糖和清水一起下鍋煮,糖融化即可,之後放涼備用;

  4、用幹淨的飲用水把蘿蔔沖洗掉過多的鹽分,瀝幹水,放入幹淨的玻璃容器,将白糖白醋清水的溶液倒入玻璃容器,沒過蘿蔔蓋上蓋子即可,放入冰箱第二天就可以吃了。
