  1、主要材料:豬皮500克、鹽酥花生仁10克、香蔥3棵、生姜1小塊。

  2、調味料:高湯1大匙、胡椒粉适量、精鹽1小匙、味精1/2小匙。

  3、把香蔥、生姜洗淨切成碎末。

  4、将豬皮洗淨切丁,放入鍋内,加高湯、胡椒粉、蔥末、姜末,用大火燒開,改用中火将豬皮熬化。

  5、将熬化的豬皮湯汁過濾,在淨湯裡加鹽、味精、去皮的花生仁,倒入盤内晾涼後放入冰箱冷凍。

  6、将成形的皮凍取出,切成條狀裝盤即成。
