  1、甜玉米2顆,胡蘿蔔1顆,腔骨若幹。

  2、玉米斬成段,須子洗淨備用,胡蘿蔔切成大塊備用。

  3、腔骨氽湯後用冷水将血沫子洗淨擺入砂鍋中,放入玉米與胡蘿蔔加入足夠量的冷水,水開後大火20分鐘轉至小火煨1小時,按個人口味調入鹽即可。
