  1、首先将大蔥切成蔥花,酸菜切成段,放入碗中備用,将裡脊肉先切片,再切絲,放入碗中備用。

  2、起鍋燒油,油熱後放入肉絲,快速煸炒,炒至肉絲發白,放入大蔥,炒出蔥香味,加入酸菜,老抽,翻炒均勻後倒入清水。

  3、水開後加入鹽,雞精,煮至沸騰後,下入面條,小青菜,煮至面條斷生,淋入香油,關火盛出即可。
