松茸炖雞做法步驟

  1、土雞一隻、松茸2根、蔥2根、姜片4片、料酒2小勺、鹽适量、枸杞1小把。

  2、做法:土雞洗淨分成大塊放水中煮至出浮沫,撈出放清水中洗淨,松茸兩根洗淨切片。

  3、将洗淨的雞塊、松茸片、蔥姜、料酒、枸杞放入壓力鍋,加适量的水,按肉/雞鍵,音樂聲氣,排氣打開壓力鍋蓋,加适量的鹽,香噴噴的松茸炖雞就做好了。
