  1、面團适量、花椒葉适量、油适量、蔥适量。

  2、将和好的面做成面團,放在案闆上,在面團裡灑入适量切碎的花椒葉、蔥,打上油,來回的揉,揉的差不多了,再在面團上打一遍油,揉至面團有層為止,用擀杖将面團擀至圓形備用。在平底鍋内淋少許油,火不要太大,将擀好的面團放入,在面團正面淋少許油,翻過來,至色澤金黃即可出鍋。
