  1、主料:甜菜根1個。

  2、輔料:檸檬1個。

  3、表皮黑黑的就是甜菜根了,切開後裡面的顔色呈暗紅色。

  4、切成厚片裝入盤中。

  5、将切好的甜菜根放入鍋中,大火蒸15分鐘。

  6、将檸檬汁擠在晾涼的甜菜根中拌均。

  7、放入冰箱冷藏2小時即可。
