  1、材料:黃魚400g,豬腱肉300g,白木耳100g,花旗參10g,梅子兩粒。

  2、将白木耳浸軟洗淨。

  3、豬腱肉洗淨、過水、切塊後備用。

  4、黃魚去内髒、去鱗片後擦幹水份,放入鍋中煎至金黃色,切塊備用。

  5、将煎過的魚及其他材料放入滾水中,先用大火煮10分鐘,再轉小火煮兩個小時後加調味料即成。
