1、新鮮花生芽冷藏可以保藏3到4天，因為低溫可以抑制花生芽變老，但是花生芽的含水量極高，保存不當，很容易出現變質的情況，保存3到4天就很好了。
2、如果是可以控制濕度的冷鮮室，保存10天都不成問題。
3、焯水之後可以放置1天，焯水冷藏的話，可以保存1個星期以上。
