洋生姜的腌制方法

  1、首先将洋姜清洗幹淨,之後放在通風處晾幹表面水分,晾幹後收起切不切均可,裝在幹淨無油的容器中。然後取适量丁香、花椒、桂皮、食鹽與水煮成調料水。

  2、煮好後放涼,倒容器中,并在封口處加一層保鮮膜蓋好密封好,最後放在陰涼處腌制一個星期以上即可食用。
