  1、主料:

  金沙瓜1個、牛腩200克、咖喱醬适量、椰漿适量等。

  2、做法:

  (1)用刀切去金沙瓜頂2-3厘米。去核去瓤,中間挖空。用攝氏100度水以及少量鹽、油滾至五成熟。

  (2)牛腩切成長方形狀,加入咖喱底味焖至嫩滑。

  (3)将牛腩放入金瓜盅内,用咖喱粉和椰漿調好咖喱醬,倒入盅内蒸30分鐘左右即可。
