  1、蓮子炖豬心:準備材料:蓮子、豬心、姜片、鹽、醬油、味精。

  2、做法:

  (1)将豬心洗幹淨了,然後是除去血管裡面的積血,然後是切成小塊。

  (2)鍋中放油,爆香姜片,加入醬油、鹽及清水。

  (3)把豬心和蓮子也放入鍋中,先用大火煮沸,随後轉小火煮爛為止。
