  1、首先将生姜切片,小米辣和泡椒切段,蘿蔔切片備用。

  2、都切好後放入白糖攪拌均勻,蓋上保鮮膜腌制兩個小時,倒出蘿蔔水。

  3、然後加入泡椒、姜片、小米辣、白糖、生抽、香醋,用筷子攪拌均勻。

  4、蓋上保鮮膜腌制六個小時以上即可裝盤實用。
