  1、主料:200g香菇,100g豬肉

  2、配料:蔥、姜、醬油、料酒、植物油 、鹽、味精等适量。

  3、豬肉洗淨後切薄片,放入适量醬油料酒腌制。

  4、香菇去柄(也就是根部),洗淨後切條待用;姜蒜去皮後,洗淨并切片。

  5、将炒鍋洗淨後,在鍋内熱油放入植物油,燒熱後放入肉片炒變色,盛起待用。

  6、在炒鍋内留底油,将香菇放入炒鍋内,加鹽、醬油、少量的水,炖煮片刻。當香菇熟煮熟後,放入肉炒熟的肉片,翻炒均勻,加鹽、味精、醬油等調料,翻炒均勻。

  7、最後放入蔥末少量,翻炒均勻後,起鍋裝碟!
