  1、莴筍200克、筍200克、肉絲100克、胡蘿蔔40克、黑木耳3朵、油1勺、鹽1勺、生抽2勺、老抽1勺、醋1勺、糖2勺、澱粉2勺、蔥1根、生姜1塊、大蒜1瓣。

  2、步驟:肉絲用料酒、鹽、生抽、澱粉、油腌一會,其餘都切絲。姜蒜切末,用鹽、糖、醋、生抽、老抽、澱粉調成汁。

  3、起油鍋煸炒肉絲變色後盛出,放點油煸香姜蒜。放入其餘食材煸炒一會,再放入絲。倒入調好的汁翻炒,最後撒上蔥花。
