  1、原料:莴筍4000克,15%食鹽溶液6000克,老鹽水12000克,白糖800克,冰糖200克,白酒10克,醪糟汁10克,香料包1個。

  2、将莴筍切片,洗淨瀝幹水分,浸泡在15%的食鹽溶液中1小時。

  3、将碾成細末的冰糖、白糖放入老鹽水中,用幹淨筷子盡量攪溶化。

  4、将莴筍片和其他作料放到有白糖、冰糖的老鹽水中,蓋上竹笆,加入香料包,泡1個半小時即成。
