  1、豬腰去掉裡面白膜,切十字花并切小塊。

  2、豬腰片用水浸泡半小時後,反沖洗至水變清澈。

  3、水燒開,加入姜片和米酒。米酒的酒味強烈,可以去腥,料酒去腥效果不理想。

  4、水煮沸後轉小火,把豬腰片倒入水裡浸泡1分鐘,1分鐘後撈起豬腰瀝幹水分。
