  1、材料:豬蹄1對,敗醬1兩,當歸4兩(可有可無),甘草4兩(可有可無),鹽少許。

  2、将洗淨的豬腳如冷水鍋,放入幾片姜大火同煮;煮開後轉小火咕嘟着,把飄在上層的浮沫撇除幹淨;将撇淨浮沫的豬腳湯轉入電炖鍋内,放入調料包,擰至“高檔”頓煮兩小時,出鍋前灑入适量鹽調味兒即可。
