香菇燒面筋

  1、材料:水發香菇75克、水發玉蘭片30克、面筋100克、香蔥1棵、澱粉适量、食用油40克、香油1小匙、醬油1大匙、高湯8大匙、料酒2小匙、精鹽1小匙、白糖1/2大匙、味精1/2小匙。

  2、将水發香菇剪去根蒂洗淨,水發玉蘭片切成片,面筋切成兩半,香蔥洗淨切末;将食用油放入炒鍋内燒熱,放入香菇、玉蘭片稍煸,加入料酒、醬油、精鹽、白糖、味精、高湯、面筋,燒開後,轉小火燒約2分鐘,面筋變軟後,轉大火,用水澱粉勾芡,淋入香油,撒上蔥花即成。
