臘腸蒜苗怎麼炒好吃

  1、四川臘腸2截、蒜苗200克、玉米油1勺、鹽0.5勺。

  2、做法:四川臘腸,蒜苗;蒜苗摘去老葉、黃葉,清洗幹淨;香腸用淘米水清洗一遍,再用清水洗淨。

  3、煮鍋倒入清水,放入香腸;大火燒開,轉中火,香腸煮熟後關火。

  4、香腸撈出,冷卻後切片;蒜苗梗、蒜苗葉分别切斷。

  5、不粘鍋放入适量玉米油燒熱;再放入香腸煸炒;香腸煸炒出油份後,放入蒜苗梗繼續翻炒。

  6、食材炒至9分熟,放入蒜苗葉繼續翻炒;食材炒熟後,調入适量鹽,翻炒均勻,關火。
