  1、食材:紅薯220g、低筋面粉30g、奶粉30g、雞蛋1個(63g)。

  2、準備好所需食材,稱好重量,紅薯去皮切成小塊,大火蒸12分鐘;

  3、蒸好的紅薯趁熱壓成細膩的泥,晾涼後,加入雞蛋打散攪拌均勻;

  4、依次加入奶粉、低筋面粉翻闆至無幹粉,裝入裱花袋裡,擠出形狀,我擠的比較随意;

  5、烤箱提前135度預熱一下,預熱完成後放入烤盤,上下火135度烤45分鐘。
