  1、材料:小黃魚300克、香蔥10克、生姜、食用油。

  2、将小黃魚去除内髒和鰓、洗淨;蔥白洗淨切段、蔥葉切絲;姜洗淨、部分切片、部分切末。

  3、往鍋内倒油、燒熱、調中火、逐條下入小黃魚、炸至金黃色即可撈出。

  4、将小黃魚裝盤、撒上蔥末、姜絲即可。
