  白灼芥藍菜的做法:

  1、準備好芥蘭菜,将芥蘭下端的老葉連莖去除,再把頂部的老葉切掉剩小部份,并洗淨;

  2、鍋加水燒開,加入芥蘭菜,加點油,加點鹽,焯水煮兩分鐘;

  3、撈出芥蘭菜備用;

  4、鍋熱油,下蒜片炒一下關火,加點醬油和雞精調勻成汁;

  5、将油汁澆在菜上即可。
