  1、香菇和青菜分别焯水,瀝幹水分,分别切成碎末。

  2、豬肉餡順着一個方向先攪拌一下,可以放入适量清水,使肉餡上筋。

  3、把香菇和青菜末放入肉餡中,加入鹽、生抽,老抽,姜末和蔥末,香油,攪拌均勻。

  4、按照平時的包法依次包好。

  5、鍋内放水,水開後放入餃子,煮熟即可享用了。
