  1、材料:五花肉120克、香菇10枚、幹貝50克,芥菜400克,鹽些許、米350克。

  2、五花肉切片、香菇切絲、幹貝泡水備用;

  3、在炒鍋内加油,放入五花肉片、香菇絲爆炒,加入适量鹽;

  4、在洗過的米裡倒入炒過的五花肉片和香菇絲及泡發的幹貝,使用電飯煲将米飯煮熟;

  5、将洗淨的芥菜切碎;

  6、熱鍋爆炒一下芥菜;

  7、将炒過的芥菜和煮熟的肉飯一齊倒入木桶,焖五分鐘即可。
