  1、将排骨放進清水中浸泡半小時,排骨冷水下鍋,将水燒開,撇去表面浮沫,将排骨裝入壓力鍋中。

  2、起鍋燒油,放入蔥、姜、蒜炒香,加入料酒、生抽、老抽翻炒均勻,倒入300ml溫水。

  3、将煮好的湯汁澆入壓力鍋中,上火蓋焖約20分鐘,開蓋加鹽,攪拌均勻,繼續蓋焖五分鐘即可出鍋。
