  1、買回的牛腱子肉(一定要牛鍵子肉)切成大塊(大約半斤,順刀切成長條塊),用水煮開,撇去浮沫;

  2、生姜、蔥、花椒、大料、桂皮、香葉,少量樹椒,牛肉連湯放入砂鍋,煮開後焖;

  3、1個小時後,用筷子看是否戳得動牛肉,放鹽;

  4、炒鍋中加适量湯,放少許糖,醬油煮開,放入牛肉,收汁起鍋,涼以後切片,食用。
