  1、食材:鲫魚、食鹽适量、姜1大塊、料酒2大勺、辣椒粉适量、孜然1大勺。

  2、小鲫魚先清理幹淨,再用鹽,料酒腌一小時,不時翻動腌勻;

  3、蒜瓣剁末,姜切厚片;

  4、坐鍋燒油到六成熱,分兩次将魚放入開始炸,姜片一起炸,轉小火慢慢炸至鲫魚金黃酥脆撈出;

  5、洗幹淨鍋子燒少許油,下蒜末、辣椒粉小火煸香,噴醬油,加少許水調成汁,淋蚝油撒雞精收汁,倒入炸好的鲫魚,撒孜然粉拌勻撒蔥花即可。
