  1、主料:西瓜500克,雞蛋150克。

  2、輔料:黑芝麻25克。

  3、調料:植物油15克,料酒5克,鹽3克,味精2克。

  4、将雞蛋磕入碗内,加少許精鹽、料酒攪打均勻。

  5、西瓜去籽,切成小塊,黑芝麻炒熟。

  6、蔥切花;炒鍋注油燒熱,倒入西瓜瓤,淋入蛋液,炒至蛋液凝結時,撒入黑芝麻、蔥花、味精即可。
